O.O. is an E.P. of five drone-based, improvised, electric guitar pieces. The overall affect that I was aiming at is both spiritual and joyful:

1. Exostellar Expotition uses a computer-generated drone paired with a Native American drum for the setting of an echo-drenched, contemplative improvisation.

2. One Fine Day on the Banks of the Ganges is based around a Surmandal (Indian harp) drone and an Irish bodhran drum, creating an exotic setting for a minimalistic guitar excursion.

3. Pisces and the Myth of Water gets its drone from an electric tampura (an Indian stringed instrument) while the percussion is provided by the manipulated sound of water drops and splashes. The guitar itself uses a slight phaser effect.

4. Life's a Bowl has a drone provided by a Tibetan singing bowl while the guitar part is sparse yet drenched with effects.

5. Song of Song of Songs gets its drone from the electronically manipulated sound of a harmonica. The drum part is a layered and looped bodhran rhythm and the guitar, while heavy on distortion and echo, is subdued by the mix of the piece.
